We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. Orders paid before noon on a working day are usually sent the same day and arrive in 2 to 4 working days in main centres.

The fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over R900 travel free, and Infinity Circle members always get free delivery.

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready at Dr Essack's rooms.

The payment options are shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted; we never see or store your card details. If you pay by EFT, use your order number as the reference.

Unopened products in their sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened skincare unless it is faulty. If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and contact us: we will help you choose an alternative.

Take the skin quiz: seven questions and you get a morning and evening routine from what we stock, with the reason for each step. You can also shop by concern or skin type, and every product page lists its key ingredients in plain words.

Yes. We stock established dermatological brands, chosen by the team behind Dr I M Essack's practice, and buy them through official South African channels.

Avoid retinoids and check every new product with your doctor. Products we flag for caution show a note on their page, and the skin quiz leaves them out when you tell it you are pregnant.

No. It is general guidance based on your answers. Painful acne, changing moles, persistent rashes or pigmentation that doesn't respond deserve a consultation.

You earn points on the amount you pay for products once your order is completed. 100 points are worth R5. Use them at checkout from 100 points, for up to 50% of your order.

Your tier depends on what you spend in twelve months: Glow when you join, Radiance from R3,000 and Infinity from R8,000. Higher tiers earn faster and get free delivery sooner.
